new years was a bunch load of fun. and the storm topped it off. what made it amazing was the mood caused by all of the suspense. no communication, no music, no countdown. dark. full moon.

simon and i. he’s such a shit head. but the most lovable of all.
one day simon and i were sitting on the porch, enjoying the morning sun. as i sipped my cup of tea, he looked past me at a hole in the weatherboards and exclaimed in an oh-now-it-all-fits-together tone, “so there is something living in there!” to which i was totally bewildered. i turned around to see fur poking out of the slit in the side of the house.
and there he was - wally. he lives in the walls.
